west will be achieved.
In terms of storage power, the amount of storage exceeds 1,800 EB, the proportion of advanced storage capacity reaches more than 30%, and the coverage of important data disaster recovery in key industries reaches 100%.
In terms of the application of computing power, a number of new businesses, modes and forms of computing power will be created; the penetration rate of computing power in industry, finance and other fields will rise significantly. The application in medical care, transportation and other fields will be replicated and promoted on a large scale. More than 30 benchmarks will be created in each key area.
2.The Project of Huawei Cloud and Helinger Data Center Project Begins
On October 8, the Project of Huawei Cloud Helinger Data Center started. The project is located in the Cloud Valley area of Helinger New District, Inner Mongolia.
The project is planned and laid out in accordance with the 'three centers in the same city' approach, and is divided into 3 parts--the western, southern and northern parts of the valley, covering a total area of about 5,963 acres, with a total of 50 data centers, 6 220KV substations, as well as industrial premises like laboratory, as well as supporting facilities like canteens, dormitories, etc, .
When the project is fully completed, the server will be able to hold more than 1 million units, and it will become the largest cloud data center in Huawei's northern region, helping to build a national benchmark for integrated big data center cluster hubs.
3. Lenovo announced that has reached three cooperation with China Mobile and will build a 'computing net'

4. Ofidc's non-deductible net income of the third quarter increased, as 43% data centers continue to be delivered
Ofidc announced report of three quarters on October 20, 2023. The company's income of first three quarters reached 1.039 billion yuan, an increase of 25.70% year-on-year; and reached the net profit of 123 million yuan, an increase of 10.37% year-on-year. 5. Range Techbology Development Co.,Ltd.:non-deductible net profit increased 44.63%
In the third quarter of 2023, the company realized operating revenue of 998 million yuan in a single quarter, increased 39.12% year-on-year, 14.18% month-on-month. 6. Germany and France are going to build EU's first exascale supercomputer
Eviden, a subsidiary of the French cloud computing company Atos, and ParTec, a German modular supercomputer company, announced on October 5 an impressive partnership to build Europe's first powerful supercomputer. Code-named "JUPITER," the project represents a major milestone for the European High Performance Computing Joint Project (EuroHPCJU), which has a total cost of 500 million euros.
The computer itself will cost €273 million and feature the Arm architecture SiPearl Rhea processor and NVIDIA acceleration technology. 7. Norway welcomes a new $50 billion data center
Recently, Green Mountain announced the launch of a new data center in Kalberg. It is known that the site is 20 kilometers from Norway's fourth largest city Stavanger (Stavanger). 8. Airtrunk : A$500 million investment in Japan's first Osaka data center to fuel IPO plans
Airtrunk, an Australian data center operator, recently announced that it will launch its third facility OSK1 in Japan, in order to fuel the company's upcoming initial public offering (IPO). Airtrunk will invest A$500 million in OSK1, its first facility in Osaka. The capacity of the site are able to expand to 20MW, and the capacity of Airturnk in Japan could reach 430MW.
